The message is simple, direct, and extremely effective. The media are relaying the all-out campaign to "make the safety vest and the warning triangle compulsory in order to better signal to other drivers the presence of a vehicle immobilized on the roadway and that of its driver if the latter is brought to get out of the vehicle...".
