Delivery by Mondial Relay in metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium is free !

Tracked delivery in 2/3 days by Colissimo with signature cost 7,50€.

24-hour express delivery* to metropolitan France costs 17,52€

* Orders placed from Monday to Friday : if you place your order before noon, you will be delivered on the next day, otherwise the day after.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday : your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Yes, our service and delivery is available anywhere in the world.

You will know the delivery price once you have filled in your address and the desired delivery method.

From Monday to Friday midday, your parcel is prepared within 24 hours of your order.

For any order placed between Friday midday and Sunday inclusive, your parcel is prepared the following Monday.

. In metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium :It is then necessary to allow 1 to 2 days if you have opted for delivery with Colissimo tracking. If you have opted for the express delivery : for all orders placed from Monday to Friday before noon, you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after. For any order placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Outside metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium :

Parcels are dispatched from France. Your parcel will be delivered according to the usual delivery times between France and your area.

. Delivery to a relay point near you in 2/3 days thanks to Mondial Relay. 

. Tracked delivery in 2/3 days, with signature - Colissimo from La Poste

It is possible to change your delivery address within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please send your request by email to contact@urban-circus.fr.

RETURNS

The products must not have been worn out of the fitting room, washed or damaged and the cardboard tag must not have been removed.

It is possible to return your purchases within 30 days of delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day after.

Return shipping is free of charge in metropolitan Fance and Corsica.

We do not cover charges for the other territories.

We will reimburse you within 10 working days after receipt of your package in our premises.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been made.

We will re-credit the account through which the payment was made.

If you wish to return a product that was delivered in a reusable pouch, simply put the product back in the pouch and stick your return slip over the first shipping slip. Use the grey clamp available in the pouch to seal the zip.

OUR CLOTHES

In order to choose the size best suited to your morphology, we invite you to consult our size guide available on all our product pages.

You can wash our products without fear. Pollution and traffic in the city can be dirty and alter the reflective properties of our products.

OUR PACKAGING

When you place your order, we offer you two packaging options for shipping your package:

. the conventional plastic pouch (free)

. the Hipli reusable pouch (+1,00€, only for metropolitan France, DOM-TOM, Monaco and Andorra)

This pouch can be reused up to 100 times.

Once you have received your products, you can drop the pouch in a letterbox to be sent back to Hipli and repackaged.

In this way, you are helping to reduce the plastic waste associated with e-commerce.

No, for the moment only deliveries in metropolitan France, DOM-TOM, Monaco and Andorra can be delivered in reusable packaging.

We offer this option at a price of €1 including VAT. Each Hipli pouch actually costs us 2.30€ before tax, but we have decided to share the cost with customers who wish to support us in this endeavour!

If on receipt of your order you are happy with the products, you can then return the empty pouch to be repackaged and reused.

To do this, empty the pouch, fold it following the instructions on the back or follow this tutorial. Close it with the zip. Finally, drop it in a letterbox or at the post office of your choice! It will be sent directly back to Hipli to be repackaged and reused.

Si vous souhaitez effectuer un retour d’article livré dans une pochette réutilisable, il vous suffit de remettre le produit dans la pochette et de coller votre bon de retour au-dessus du premier bon d’expédition. Utilisez le collier de serrage gris disponible dans la pochette pour sceller la fermeture éclair.

Idéalement, non. Renvoyer son colis reconditionnable, c'est faire en sorte qu'il soit réparé et réutilisé. Et plus un colis est réutilisé, plus l’impact sur l'environnement est réduit !
