We deliver worldwide and offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery to Metropolitan FRANCE, CORSICA and BELGIUM

• Mondial Relay (relay point)

. Offered for purchases over €90

. Delivery in 2/3 days after preparation of the order.

• Colissimo (home delivery)

. Offered for purchases over €120

Delivery in 2/3 days after preparation of the order with tracking and signature.

• Express (at home)

. Delivery within 24 hours after preparation of the order with tracking and signature.

. Service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be longer during busy periods, such as the approach to the end-of-year holidays.

Return without fear, it's free in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Germany and it's very simple!

Return shipping costs are our responsibility in mainland France, Corsica, and Germany*. In other territories, they are your responsibility.

We usually accept returns within 30 days of your order payment date.

Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.

*We cover the return shipping costs once. For any additional requests, the costs will be at your expense.

3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange

We will send you by return email the return label to stick on your package (for mainland France and Corsica).

2) Prepare the package:

. Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.

. Stick the return label sent by email (for Metropolitan France and Corsica).

. The return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt or a handwritten note with the order number.

3) Ship your package:

Don't forget to collect your stamped deposit voucher and keep it well.

4) We reimburse you:

Upon receipt and verification of your package:
- we return the item of your choice to you
- we will reimburse you the difference if there is.

The refund is made using the same means of payment that was used for the transaction - unless you indicate otherwise!

We will reimburse you within 10 working days after receipt of your package at our premises.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.

**For all returns or refunds, please note that express/colissimo delivery costs will not be refunded and will remain the responsibility of the customer**
