ESCAPADE, the jacket designed for cycle touring
At Urban Circus, commuting is often a gateway to longer adventures. By pedaling a little further, leaving urban paths, our daily journeys sometimes turn into escapades. With this in mind, ESCAPADE was born, our new jacket designed for long-distance cycling enthusiasts, weekend explorers, and cycle tourists looking for lightness, comfort, and practicality.
A jacket born from use
ESCAPADE was designed based on our own outings: varied itineraries across France, independently or on light treks, where every gram counts, where the weather is changeable, and where comfort should not be sacrificed for performance.
The goal was clear: to offer a technical jacket that was easy to carry, protective in bad weather, and breathable enough to remain comfortable even when climbing.
Packability: a real plus for cycle touring
One of ESCAPADE's strong points is its great compactness . It folds into its own zipped side pocket , and can then be attached directly to the handlebars or bag thanks to two Velcro straps provided for this purpose.

In concrete terms, this means that even in the event of sustained effort (slope, heat, carrying a bag), the jacket lets perspiration escape and avoids that suffocating feeling that we sometimes find with classic waterproof jackets.
