The CIRRUS jacket was developed in partnership with Helite, a company that manufactures personal protection airbags, particularly for motorcyclists.
When a fall or accident is detected, the Cirrus jacket's airbag inflates in 0.08 seconds. It absorbs the shock of the impact. Its large volume (from 17 to 24L depending on the jacket size) is optimal for protecting the upper body.
The Cirrus jacket features Rainbow Impact® reflective and stretch panels. This high-tech fabric contains an iridescent coating of glass microbeads that reflect light.
Stretchable, it allows the airbag to deploy and returns to its initial shape once the latter is deflated.

REAL-TIME DETECTION OF CYCLIST FALLS AND ACCIDENTS
Thanks to 2 connected sensors, one integrated into the jacket and the other installed under the saddle which analyze the movements of the cyclist and the bike in real time (more than 100 times per second).

With its reflective panels, 10,000 mm Schmerber waterproof membrane and 5,000 g/m²/24 h MVTR micro-perforated for improved breathability, this jacket is ideal for everyday travel. Its integrated mittens, smartphone pocket for using GPS without taking your hands off the handlebars, ventilation zips and ergonomic hood enhance your comfort and safety.
SIMPLE TO USE
The Cirrus jacket turns on by clicking the on/off button 3 times, the green light comes on, zip up to your neck and off you go!
Simply press the same button 3 times to turn it off. Nothing could be easier!
REUSABLE
If the airbag has been triggered, you must wait a few minutes for it to deflate naturally.
Then simply replace the gas cartridge, hidden in the zipped lining of the jacket, to get back on the road!
WITH BACKPACK
The Cirrus jacket can be worn with any backpack, as long as you do not tighten the backpack straps too much.
The airbag will normally deploy in the event of a fall or accident.

In the event of a fall or accident while cycling, the Cirrus airbag jacket deploys its airbag before impact (in 0.08 seconds) to absorb the shock and protect the back, neck and abdomen of the cyclist wearing it.

Once inflated, the jacket's airbag stiffens the trunk and stabilizes vital organs, supports the neck and head to prevent whiplash, protects the entire spine and prevents hyperflexion.
No, the Cirrus jacket's algorithm identifies movements induced by a fall or bicycle accident and only triggers the airbag for these.
This is why this jacket cannot be used with other vehicles: the algorithm is not programmed to be triggered by a fall onto a vehicle other than a conventional bicycle or an electric bicycle.
And even less so for a sudden gesture on your part, such as grabbing the key to your lock at the last minute ;)
The Cirrus jacket has a 25-hour battery life. It is rechargeable using the charger included with the jacket. An orange LED on the jacket sensor indicates a low battery.
