Urban Circus is a French clothing brand dedicated to urban mobility.
Our business is structured around two axes: on the one hand, we offer innovative and trendy collections for the general public, particularly for cyclists; on the other, we collaborate with companies and communities to design tailor-made solutions, combining safety, innovation and design.

Our goal: to combine fashion and safety to transform protective clothing and accessories into fun and trendy pieces. By reinventing the yellow vest in an aesthetically pleasing way, we're helping to reduce road accidents while allowing everyone to maintain their style.

MISSIONS

1. PRODUCTION - Project Manager

• Plan, organize and supervise textile production from product design to marketing.
• Manage the supplier base (mainly Chinese and Turkish).
• Achieve production objectives (deadline and margin).
• Maintain a high level of product quality.
• Meet and exceed current environmental and safety standards.
• Analyze production KPIs and implement action plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Be responsible for production budgets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to achieve overall objectives.

2. PURCHASE

• Develop, implement and execute a purchasing strategy.
• Establish accurate cost forecasts.
• Negotiate the best purchasing conditions in terms of quality, quantity, price and deadlines.
• Improve relationships with suppliers.
• Identify and source new suppliers (near import).

3. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Strengthen relationships with suppliers to increase productivity, quality and partnerships.
• Analyze current practices to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational, technical and administrative processes.
• Follow market trends and suggest listing new products.

PROFILE

• +4 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in the technical textile industry).
• Rigor, organization and autonomy to manage several projects simultaneously and structure operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 100% operational to manage projects from A to Z with suppliers.
• Buyer fiber: excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Complete fluency in spoken and written English.
• Being a cyclist or a fan of eco-mobility is a major asset.
• Ambition and energy to actively contribute to the creation and development of an innovative brand.

Location : 48 rue René Clair, Paris 18th, mainly in person.
Position to be filled : February (fixed-term contract – maternity leave replacement).
