Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will have a wide variety of missions, mainly managing customer requests and orders and logistics monitoring:
- Manage pre/post purchase customer requests;
- Order tracking;
- Operational management of After-Sales Service (monitoring of repairs with the partner workshop, exchanges, ongoing refunds);
- Review/improvement of existing management tools and dashboards;
- Analysis of monthly results, recommendations for product improvement, purchasing guide based on customer feedback;
- Relationship with the logistics provider;
- Management, stock control;
Profile sought
- M2 student in business school or other similar training.
- Previous experience in customer relations (sales, sales administration, customer service) is a plus.
- Excellent command of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Perfect command of spoken/written French; good level in English and/or another language is a plus.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, curiosity and willingness to learn.
Full-time internship (6 months)

Location : Premises located in Paris (18th)
