SHIPPING METHODS

Mondial Relay point delivery is offered in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium ! 
  

We deliver all over the world, at the time of your order we offer you the following delivery methods: 

1/ Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium : 

. Delivery to a relay point near you in 2/3 days thanks to Mondial Relay. - deactivated during containment - 

. Tracked delivery in 2/3 days, with signature - Colissimo de la Poste 

. Tracked express delivery within 24h*, with signature - we work with different service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD 

2/ Outside metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium : 

. Tracked delivery in 3/4 days - with signature 

. Tracked express delivery within 48 hours*, with signature - we work with various service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD, etc.  

We process and ship your orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday or on public holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day.

The delivery costs will be indicated to you after you have filled in the destination address and indicated your method of delivery, in step 2 of the payment process, before validating your order. 

RETURNS

Return without fear, it's free in metropolitan France and Corsica and very easy.

The return shipping costs are at our expense in metropolitan France and Corsica. In other territories, they are at your expense. 

We accept returns for 30 days from the payment date of your order. 

Make sure that the products have not been worn out of the fitting, washed or damaged and that the cardboard label has not been removed.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN? 

1) Write us an email at contact@urban-circus.fr :

Write us an email at support@urbancircus.fr specifying :

- the reason for your exchange 

- the new article desired

Write us an email at support@urbancircus.fr
 specifying :

- the reason for your cancellation 

 We will send you by return of mail the return label to be stuck on your parcel (for metropolitan France and Corsica).

2)  Prepare the parcel : 

. Make sure that the products have not been worn out of the fitting, washed or damaged and that the cardboard label has not been removed. 

. Stick the return label that you want us to affix. 

. the return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt

3) Ship your parcel : 

Don't forget to retrieve your stamped deposit slip and keep it in a safe place.

4) We will reimburse you: 

Exchange Back

Upon receipt and verification of your package :
. we send you back the article of your choice
. we will refund you the difference if there is any.

Upon receipt and verification of your package :
. we will proceed to your refund

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that was used for the transaction - unless you specify otherwise! 

We will reimburse you within 10 working days of receipt of your package at our premises. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been made.



* Orders placed from Monday to Friday: if you place your order before noon, you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
