DELIVERY AND RETURN

Flash Tech Ind. will do its best to send and shorten the delivery process of your purchased products.

We ship our products worldwide. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon your shipment’s destination. Consider that we guarantee a 24h order processing time only from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, or bank holidays your order will be processed the next working day.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). ). Delivery can not be made in hotels or postboxes.

In case of impossibility to make the Delivery, Flash-Tech Ind. endeavors to find a secure place to deposit the Product. Otherwise, the Product is returned to the Flash-Tech Ind warehouse.

Flash-Tech Ind. delivers the Orders within a maximum period of 12 (twelve) working days for a Delivery in Metropolitan France and 20 (twenty) working days for an International Delivery, this period being deducted from the day following the validation of the Order. 1. SHIPPING

Domestic shipping

The shipping for Domestic orders (Metropolitan France) takes between 2-6 working days. Delivery is provided by different companies (La Poste, ChronoPost, Mondial Relay, UPS, DHL).

International shipping

The shipping in te rest of the world takes between 4-10 working days. Delivery is provided by different companies (La Poste, ChronoPost, Mondial Relay, UPS, DHL).

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

 

2. EXCHANGE, RETURN OR CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

About an exchange
1) Send us an email to [email protected] explaining the reasons for your exchange and what other article you would like to exchange for.
2) Return your order to Flash-Tech Ind (Urban Circus) with the Product which must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
3) Upon receipt and verification of your package we will return the item of your choice and we will refund the difference if there is any

About a cancellation
Remember, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Beyond this period of 14 (fourteen) days, the sale is firm and final, except in exceptional cases.

The shipping costs relating to the return of the Products are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

3. PREPARE PACKAGE FOR A RETURN

If the following conditions are not met, Flash Tech Ind. Reserves the right to refuse return:
