Role and responsibilities

You will grow and drive DE trade and contract. With your previous experience and existing network you should be able to perfect the process for how this is done at Urban Circus.

  • To be fluent in German
  • Have B2B sales experience with deals over 100k€
  • Have already a good network of companies using workwear
  • Are a master of creating leads and introductions
  • Know how to create satisfaction and loyalty with your customers and clients
  • Know how to actively strengthen customer relationships
  • Ambition to become Country Manager

Some of your objectives will be to

  • Lead generation / qualification - grow new sign ups to UC PRO
  • Closing deals & Manage your portfolio - get your Annual Recuring Revenue
  • Set sales targets and manage reporting
  • Strategic reflexion - how to Increase conversion with sales driving strategies and tactics
